Requirement

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and reporting requirements

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries
• Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other analytical tools to support decision-making
• Performing bank reconciliations and cash management activities
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
• Providing administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed
• Collaborating with other departments to gather and analyze financial data

Requirement

• Pendidikan SMA/SMK/D3 sederajat.
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai foto/videografer, khususnya foto produk/katalog di studio.
• Mampu mengoperasikan kamera (DSLR/Mirrorless) dan memahami dasar lighting studio.
• Menguasai basic editing foto dan video (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro/CapCut, atau software sejenis).
• Memiliki kemampuan desain grafis dasar (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, atau Photoshop) untuk kebutuhan katalog, banner, dan konten visual.
• Memahami komposisi, warna, dan estetika visual yang rapi dan konsisten dengan branding.
• Mampu bekerja sesuai brief dan deadline.
• Teliti, kreatif, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
• Bersedia bekerja di studio dan melakukan pengambilan gambar secara rutin.
• Memiliki portofolio foto/video (wajib).
• Lokasi penempatan di Padalarang, Bandung Barat

Responsibilities

• Mengerjakan foto produk/katalog untuk kebutuhan website dan marketplace
• Mengerjakan editing video dan photo barang untuk kebutuhan instagram
• Mengerjakan desain grafis dasar untuk kebutuhan banner, website dan marketplace

Requirement

• Female / male under 32, S1 degree majoring in any major
• Fresh graduate or experienced in related field (more preferably)
• Strong supervisory, verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Fluent in english is a plus
• Able to evaluate stock availability and sales report
• Attention to detail along with management skill is a must
• Monitoring product displays and the whole appearance of the store
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Able to give recommendation to increase store improvement
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jabodetabek area and working in shift following mall operational schedule

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations of Aurum Lab’s store including staffs, inventory, and customer service
• Addressing customer complaints and inquires
• Tracking sales data, analyzing performance, and implementing strategies to improve sales
• Preparing reports on store performance, sales, and customer service.

Requirement

• Pria / Wanita dibawah 28th, SMA/SMK sederajat
• Berpenampilan menarik. Pria tinggi min.165cm; Wanita tinggi min. 155cm
• Memiliki kemampuan berbicara yang baik & persuasif untuk meyakinkan pembeli
• Dapat mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, dll)
• Memiliki kemampuan untuk menghadapi komplain konsumen & dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan
• Diutamakan yang berpengalaman menjadi shop keeper toko offline
• Dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris adalah point plus
• Mau bekerja di daerah Jabodetabek maupun ditempatkan di kota lain
